    I plan to stay healthy by exercising more. I’ve found some exercises I can do at my desk while I work. My favorite is the seated football speed drill. I do that in one minute bursts periodically throughout the day =)

    I homeschool my children–so are biggest thing is exercise–who doesn’t with three little ones–but, we walk to the park, yes even in the winter,go swimming,and play alot of ball games at the gym.

    I’ve started my family on taking vitamins – every day – not just when we remember. I’m also weaning us off of processed foods. This is a tough one, since most of our favorite treats are processed. I’m hoping that we can be processed-food-free by the end of the year!

    To keep healthy in 2012 I have been tracking my food & exercise on & am fixing to invest in their fitbit that will help to track more of everything. I am eating more home cooked food & haven’t had fast food since the first of the year. I’m increasing my exercise & just really be cautious about what goes in my mouth!
